Service Description

Thai yoga massage works to release tension in the muscles by taking the body through a series of passive stretches and achieving space and movement in your muscles and joints. This practice takes place on a mat on the floor with a variety of bolsters to provide support. Come wearing clothes similar to what you would wear to a yoga class.
